These Terms & Conditions govern the use of aurraliving.com and the supply of products and services by Aurra Living ("we", "us", "our"). By requesting a quote or placing an order, you ("the client") agree to these terms.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the information and measurements provided at the time and are valid for , e.g. 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may be adjusted after a site visit and confirmation of measurements, materials and design.
Orders, Deposits & Payment
- Orders are confirmed once you approve the final design and pay the required deposit of , e.g. 50%.
- The balance is payable . on completion .
- We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer.
- Work begins only after the deposit is received.
Custom Work & Measurements
Our products are made to order. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that approved designs, measurements and finishes are correct. Where we take measurements on site, we will confirm them with you before production. Once a design is approved, changes may incur additional cost and time.
Lead Times & Delivery
Estimated production and installation timelines are given in good faith but are not guaranteed and may be affected by material availability, site readiness or factors beyond our control. The client must provide safe, timely access to the installation site.
Variations
Any changes requested after order confirmation must be agreed in writing and may affect the price and delivery date.
Ownership & Title
Goods remain the property of Merrcie Interiors until payment has been received in full.
Warranty & Liability
We warrant our workmanship as set out in our Return & Refund Policy. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, images and website content remain the intellectual property of Merrcie Interiors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Cancellation
Cancellations are handled in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply shortages, strikes, or natural events.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts. We encourage clients to contact us first so we can resolve any concern amicably.
